vitamin B is good for the hair. bananas and carrots have it, so it is proper to eat them everyday. head and shoulders and mane and tail has a chemical that is bad for the hair..i forgot the name. dont invest on them! try palmolive naturals heheh.

Yeah i learned that in beauty school, its scalp stimulation that makes the hair grow faster. Washing your hair to much damages your hair too. Don’t put any chemicals on your hair or get perms that is the worst. Sallys has some good conditioners put a whole bunch root to tip then put a shower cap on and wrap a hot towel around your head over night if your hair is really damaged. Vitamins help, eating, staying hydrated>lots of water.

People obviously don’t want their hair breaking off if they’re trying to grow it out. I suggest not washing as much, natural oil is the best………just put your hair up for as long as you can stand it . This way the natural oil has time to penetrate the hair.

my hair is half way between my shoulders and my bra , ok .. i’ve noticed its growing way faster since i started walking five miles a day to school; and back twice a day. Probly an inch in 2 weeks NO LIE …………..

Yes carrots do make your hair grow, as they are a good source of vitamin C. Other foods that help hair growth are:

Eggs, meat (lots of proteins), Diary, Bananas, Avocados, Kelp, Swiss Chard, green leafy vegetables and lots more. Onions are good as well.

Coconut oil, and other oils are good to rub in the scalp and hair to keep it healthy.

Okay. Eat carrots, bananas, massage scalp, and take a cold shower? Or hot shower? I’m gonna cmnt back again in a couple weeks or a month to tell of my results.

I read this in a magazine and tried it out.. and my hair were so silky after that..! I put vegetable oil in my hair and leave it in for about 10 minutes and then wash it off..! okay it took me like and half and hour to wash all of it so my hair doesn’t stay greasy… but after that my hair were really silky. I did that a month ago and they’re still silky..:)

@missealexxe hey to make it quicker on getting the grease out you can use dish washing soap its made to get rid of grease and it makes ur hair relly soft to hope this helps

  18. missealexxe on April 21st, 2010 3:12 am

@peaceislove90 Thanks :) I’ll try this out.. because I didn’T wanted to do it again ’cause it took me so long the first time (even though it was worth it) to wash this all off. BTW my hair really did grew faster after that AND believe my hair DOESN’T Grow at all. My aunt (she’s a hair stylist) always makes fun of me with that ’cause she says my hair does not grow at all … like if they weren’t on a living person XD

  19. peaceislove90 on April 24th, 2010 1:12 am

@missealexxe but im not sure if any dish washing soap works but i kknow dawn does because when an oil liner spilled oil and the oil got the oil all over the anmals they used dawn to remove it
