One truth concerning hair loss that you may not have been aware of is that all hair loss has one significant cause and it isn’t heredity. Struck a nerve huh, but it’s the truth. Scientists have found that a leading hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is responsible for countless cases of thinning hair both in men and women.

The first one is to take saw palmetto daily as an herbal supplement. No one has yet found out what it is about saw palmetto that effectively blocks DHT, but it does. You can find saw palmetto in any local nutrition center for far less than you would for any other hair loss product like Rogaine.
Also drinking four cups of green tea daily is an amazingly new discovered way of blocking this same hormone as well.
