How can you make facial hair grow faster?

Im 15 and have sparse facial hair on my chin and some sideburns. Ive been shaving everyday for a week and it feels thicker even when the stubble grows out a little. I want my hair to grow out faster and thicker. Will shaving twice a day help ?
