actually if you brush your hair a lot it can cause more breakage

Ummm okay but it also causes it to grow longer because of the constant pulling on it. I dont brush it a lot all at one time. That 100 strokes is really bad for you. But I brush it often… many times throughout the day.

Thanks, I’ve tried to grow out my hair this year a lot, but I’ve dyed it red 3 times in half a year, so it’s damaged. <: I use an iron flattener thingy every day, so my hair get damaged no matter what I do ): But yeah, anyways, thanks a lot for the video, I’ll brush my hair more often and I’m planning on buying repairing shampoo C:

Also, I found the vitums thru sell it at Walgreens for like 13 dollars not expensive….but how many to fo take a day because I don’t want to over dose?? You can message me or comment back
    Please, and thank you! :)

  12. zinonabinona on May 2nd, 2010 7:07 pm

@lilmama10rocks Take three a day. Preferably after each meal if you eat the three regular meals a day (some don’t). This is much healthier and will burn faster with food. If you know you won’t remember take them all at the same time in the morning with your breakfast. I hope this helps!!

@GlitterMix Of course!! It took me a while to figure out what I needed to do. But it really works for me and hopefully for you too. I dont know if you saw my other video, the one where I got it cut recently, but pretty soon I am doing another update and it is already passed my boobs again. Stay tuned for that. And did you watch my first update??

  17. zinonabinona on May 27th, 2010 8:26 pm

@GlitterMix There you can see how short it was to begin with and now how long it is in a year and half. I really hope this works for you and send me a message if you see any results.

if i dont wash my hair the next day actually 24hours after i last washed it my hair looks like i poured a whole bottle of baby oil!! so what do i do????

  19. zinonabinona on June 14th, 2010 8:03 pm

@gracieblue2000 Well, I have a few suggestions. If your are a blonde you can use the baby powder technique. You can run the baby powder through your hair which absorbs oil. I dont recommend this for darker tones, because then it will look like lice or something. Remember that even tough I said don’t wash it everyday, it doesnt mean you can’t get it wet. It will be much tougher to come through but it will definitely make it feel not so greasy. Another thing is check your shampoo and conditioner.

  20. zinonabinona on June 14th, 2010 8:14 pm

@gracieblue2000 try to get one that is specifically for oily/greasy hair, one that absorbs it. but dont use it too often, because it will completely strip your hair from its natural oils. Honestly if your hair is producing that much oil, thats amazing and healthy!! But if its just dirty than thats not so good. I hope this helps. Ill try to think of some more. If you watch more videos frequently, you know I always forget about half of what I need to say. LOL

i really like your video, you have good tips girl :)

  22. morganxxbeauty on June 15th, 2010 3:54 am

i found out that walgreen’s has the hair, skin, and nails vitamins.

  23. zinonabinona on June 15th, 2010 6:31 pm

@gracieblue2000 and if you like to straighten your hair, use a blow dryer if you don’t already. With a flat iron, it just flattens the grease and makes it look greasier :(

  24. zinonabinona on June 15th, 2010 6:33 pm

@morganxxbeauty Great!! Thanks!! I’ll post that in the description box!!

  25. zinonabinona on June 15th, 2010 6:34 pm
