The 4 products I use in my hair are: 1. Selsum Blue (I haven’t washed my hair since last month and I never co wash or deep condition :x) 2. 100% African Shea Butter 3. Cantu Shea Butter leave in conditioning repair cream 4. Cantu Shea Butter grow strong strengthening treatment. I say I don’t really have a hair regime because I don’t. I try to keep my hair plaited or twisted and only unloose them when I’m going out with friends which doesn’t happen often. I rarely wash my hair because I honestly don’t like the smell of selsum blue but I wet my hair with regular water from time to time. I add in my cantu shea butter grow strong when my scalp feels dry and usually when I add that in I also add some regular african shea butter with it because I find it stays moisturized longer when I do those two together. When my plaits or twists are in, I feel whether or not a twist or plait is messy and I re-do it. Yesterday after I took my plaits out and I kept them out for a few hours and fully moisturized with my cantu shea butter grow strong and then plaited my hair up again. A pescetarian means that the only animal meat I eat comes from sea animals such as fish, shrimp, etc. I’ve been a pescetarian for almost a year now and since becoming a pescetarian I’ve lost weight and I just feel better overall. My nails grow longer (but I hate long nails) and my hair grows stronger and longer. I keep my hair stretched to avoid knots and detangling.
